The Practice: Conscious Breathwork

We begin by turning our attention to the mechanics of the breath. This isn’t just about inhaling and exhaling; it is a deliberate manipulation of your respiratory rhythm to signal safety to the brain. We will focus on specific techniques that directly engage the vagus nerve, shifting your physiology out of a reactive state and into a place of receptivity.
